Check Filters First
The load board uses filters to show work that matches your truck and needs. If you see nothing, a filter is likely set too narrow.
Open your filters and verify:
- Equipment type: Matches what you run. A reefer filter shows only refrigerated loads. A dry van filter shows only dry work.
- Load type: You have not excluded the work you want.
- Location radius: You set it wide enough to see loads near you.
- Trip length: Set to the distance you want to haul.
- Pickup and delivery windows: Include times you can work.
- Rate range: Not filtering out available loads.
- Trailer status, driver type, layout, maximum stops: All set for your operation.
The board allows you to save searches so you do not enter filters every time. Check if an old saved search is active and showing fewer results.
Reset filters to see the full board. Then add them back to narrow the view.
Check Your Account Status
If your insurance coverage lapses, you cannot book or haul loads until it is reinstated. This blocks the board.
Amazon continually monitors carrier compliance using internal teams and a third-party service. If your account has a compliance flag, the board may be restricted.
Check the Relay portal:
- Log out and log back in to refresh your session.
- Look for any warnings or notices about insurance, authority status, or compliance.
- Go to the Insurance tab. If your policy is expiring soon, renew it two to three weeks before expiry and update your account at least 5 days before the policy ends.
If you see a notice about compliance or insurance, follow the instructions in that notice. Contact support via the Support Center (in your Relay portal when logged in).
Browser Troubleshooting
Try the usual steps:
- Close the browser completely.
- Open a new browser window and log in to Relay again.
- Disable all Chrome extensions one at a time to see if one is interfering with the board display.
- Try a different browser (Firefox, Safari, Edge) to rule out a Chrome-specific issue.
When to Contact Support
Contact the Relay Operations Center (ROC) through your Relay portal if the board is still empty after you have checked filters and account status. Provide your Relay ID and a screenshot of what you see.
The Refresh Rate
The Relay load board auto-refreshes and shows thousands of new spot freight matches every 30 seconds. If you are watching the board in real time, new loads appear every half minute.
NudoIQ Auto-Refresh reloads the board every few seconds and the speed is adjustable, so you do not have to watch manually or refresh constantly.
