These terms govern your use of the NudoIQ Chrome extension and the nudoiq.com website. By installing the extension or subscribing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or use NudoIQ.

There is one plan at $49.99 per month with no annual contract. Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is required to start the trial but you are not charged until the trial period ends.
The subscription provides load alerts and price-change notifications, search and booking rules, Lane Intelligence and rate support, net profit calculation, scorecard dispute letters, fleet and earnings reporting, driver pay statements, and the English and Spanish interface. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.
Billing is handled by Stripe. Cancel any time before day 7 of the trial and you will never be billed. Once the trial ends and billing begins, all charges are final, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Charges that should never have been made — a duplicate, an incorrect amount, or one taken after your cancellation had already reached us — are refunded; the refund policy sets out the detail.
We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused days in a billing period. Our refund policy sets this out in full, including how to cancel and how billing disputes are handled, and it forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for your own Amazon Relay account, for the carrier decisions you make, and for keeping your NudoIQ license to yourself. One subscription is for one carrier operation.
Do not resell, sublicense, or redistribute NudoIQ. Do not reverse engineer it, attempt to bypass the license check, or use it in a way that breaks Amazon Relay's own terms. We may suspend or terminate a license that is being used this way.
NudoIQ shows estimates built from prices observed on the load board. Estimates support your decision. They do not guarantee a rate, a match, or a booking. Amazon decides the outcome of every load and every dispute.
Nothing in the product or on this site is a promise of earnings. The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of NudoIQ is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Our privacy policy sets out in full what is collected, what is never collected, and which processors are involved, and it forms part of these terms.
In summary: license records are retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation, anonymized load observations are retained for 90 days on a rolling basis, and fleet trip records are retained until you ask us to remove them. You can request deletion at any time by emailing contact@nudoiq.com.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use NudoIQ after a change means you accept the revised terms.
