NudoIQ Chrome Extension & Website · Last updated: August 30, 2026
NudoIQ ("we", "our", or "us") operates the NudoIQ Chrome extension and the nudoiq.com website. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. Most of this policy describes the extension; the Website Analytics & Advertising section below describes the separate tracking that runs on our website pages.
This section covers the nudoiq.com website only. None of the tracking below runs inside the Chrome extension, and none of it can see your Amazon Relay activity, your load data, or your fleet data.
_fbp in your browser, which holds a random identifier Meta uses to recognize the same browser across visits. Separately, when you arrive from one of our ads the link carries a click identifier in the address bar (fbclid); our page saves that value in your browser’s local storage under the keys nudoiq_fbc and nudoiq_fbc_ts so that if you install and activate NudoIQ later, that sign-up can be attributed back to the ad you clicked. We use all of this for advertising measurement — to see which ads lead to installs and subscriptions — and for showing our ads to people on Meta’s platforms. Meta processes this data as an independent controller under its own terms. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s ad settings, where you can limit how your activity off Meta is used.
How to opt out: browser-level tracking protection (Firefox, Brave, Safari), an ad or script blocker, or Chrome’s third-party cookie blocking will stop these scripts from loading or from setting cookies. Nothing on this site depends on them, and the extension works normally either way. You can also clear the nudoiq_fbc values at any time by clearing site data for nudoiq.com in your browser settings.
License verification — your email is checked against our Supabase database to confirm an active subscription.
Market intelligence — anonymized load pricing observations are pooled across users to provide historical rate data for Amazon Relay lanes. No individual user's data is ever exposed or attributed to a specific user.
Fleet analytics — if you use the Fleet Dashboard, trip and driver data you enter is stored in your account and used exclusively to generate your fleet reports and driver statements.
Diesel prices — your approximate region (detected via reverse geolocation) is used to fetch local diesel prices from iExitApp. Your exact location is never stored.
NudoIQ can call and text a driver shortly before a booked load’s pickup time so nobody oversleeps a start time. This is optional and off unless you turn it on.
What we collect. The mobile number you enter for yourself or for a driver, the load’s pickup time and origin, and a record of whether each call was answered and confirmed.
Consent. Nothing is sent to a number until the handset itself agrees — either by replying YES to a one-time confirmation text, or by pressing 1 on a confirmation call that reads out these terms. The person entering a number cannot consent on someone else’s behalf. We record the time and method of that consent.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message, or press 9 on a confirmation call, to end both the texts and the calls for that number permanently and immediately. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on how many loads you book.
We do not share or sell mobile opt-in data. Phone numbers collected for pickup reminders, and consent records for those numbers, are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. They are passed only to our telephony provider, Twilio, for the sole purpose of delivering the reminder you asked for.
Reminder phone numbers are stored write-only from the extension: the application key that ships inside NudoIQ can add a number but cannot read any number back.
License and subscription data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com), hosted in the United States. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store payment card information.
Fleet trip and driver data is stored in Supabase, accessible only under your account credentials.
Reminder phone numbers and consent records are retained while reminders are enabled for that number, and for 90 days after it opts out — opt-outs are kept deliberately, so a number that has unsubscribed is never contacted again.
Retention periods:
License records are retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Anonymized load observations are retained for 90 days on a rolling basis. Fleet trip records are retained until you request deletion.
You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing contact@nudoiq.com. We will delete your email, license record, and any fleet data within 7 business days.
We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
