Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is required to start but you are not charged until the trial period ends. Cancel any time before day 7 and you will never be billed.
The trial is the full product, not a limited version. It includes load alerts and price-change notifications, search and booking rules, Lane Intelligence and rate support, scorecard dispute letters, fleet and earnings reporting, driver pay statements, and the English and Spanish interface. There is one plan at $49.99 per month and no annual contract, so the trial is intended to let you judge the product on your own lanes before any money changes hands.
Once the free trial ends and billing begins, all charges are final. We do not issue refunds for any paid billing period, whether or not the extension was actively used during that period. NudoIQ is a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time, and cancelling before your next billing date is how you stop paying for time you do not intend to use.
This does not apply to charges that should never have been made. We correct billing errors, and the following are always refunded rather than treated as final:

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Stripe, the payment processor we use. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately — your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
To cancel, visit your Stripe billing portal or email contact@nudoiq.com and we will cancel on your behalf within one business day.
An emailed cancellation takes effect from the time we receive it, not the time we process it. If your email arrives before a charge is scheduled and we do not action it until afterwards, that charge is refunded. You are never billed because we were slow.
Cancelling stops billing. It does not by itself erase your records. License records are retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Anonymized load observations are retained for 90 days on a rolling basis. Fleet trip records are retained until you ask us to remove them.
You can request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing contact@nudoiq.com. We will delete your email address, your license record and any fleet data within 7 business days. Our privacy policy sets out in full what is collected, what is never collected, and which processors are involved.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, if you were billed after cancelling, or charged more than once — contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
