Amazon Relay Load Intelligence
Every new subscription includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is required to start but you are not charged until the trial period ends. Cancel any time before day 7 and you will never be billed.
Once the free trial ends and billing begins, all charges are final. We do not issue refunds for any paid billing period, whether or not the extension was actively used during that period.
This policy exists because the subscription provides immediate, ongoing access to load intelligence data and AI features that are consumed the moment access is granted.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Stripe, the payment processor we use. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately — your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
To cancel, visit your Stripe billing portal or email contact@nudoiq.com and we will cancel on your behalf within one business day.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, if you were billed after cancelling, or charged more than once — contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
