Short answer
Amazon's Relay FAQ says there's no official Amazon Relay phone number. For a load in progress, reach the 24/7 Relay Operations Center (ROC) through the Relay portal or app. Account problems go to the Support Center when you're logged in.
Does Amazon Relay have a phone number?
No. Amazon's Relay FAQ says it plainly: "Amazon Relay doesn't have an official contact phone number."
People still search for one, with queries like "amazon relay phone number usa 24 7". No such number is published on relay.amazon.com. Treat any number you find on another site as unverified, and never give it your login.
One wrinkle. Amazon's free freight search post says you can "call our operations center" about delays or unexpected changes to a load. It doesn't print a number. So the way in is still the Relay portal or the Relay app.
Who do you contact for each Relay problem?
| Your problem | Where Amazon sends you |
|---|---|
| A load in progress: delay, change, breakdown | Relay Operations Center (ROC), 24/7, through the Relay portal or Relay mobile |
| A driver needs help on the road | Relay Assistant chat in the Relay app |
| Account access or security | Support Center, when logged into your Relay account |
| Your application | Contact Us, top right of your application page |
| Suspicious activity or double brokering | relay-network-reports@amazon.com |
| A change of ownership | relay-ownership-transfers@amazon.com, at least 30 days ahead |
| Privacy or data request | transportation-privacy@amazon.com |
| A payment that looks wrong | Payment dispute in the Relay portal |
| A life-threatening situation | 911 |
How do you reach the Relay Operations Center?
Through Relay itself. The FAQ says: "Amazon provides 24/7 operational support for our carriers through the Relay Operations Center (ROC)." It adds that the ROC "can be reached through the Relay portal or Relay mobile."
Report schedule changes as they happen. Amazon's hours of service post says drivers and carriers "can use our app to connect with our operations for support," and that telling operations about a change helps your performance score reflect "only the factors within your control."
Amazon doesn't publish a response time for the ROC. "24/7" is the only service promise on the page.
How do drivers get help on the road?
In the app. Amazon's mobile app post says drivers can "request support from Relay Assistant throughout their trip," an AI chat tool for problems out on the road. "If they have a breakdown or mechanical issue, they can report it in the app."
The chat isn't a dead end. Amazon's September 2026 update says: "When Relay Assistant can't resolve an issue, it connects you to a human operator with your conversation's full context."
Who do you contact about your Relay account?
The Support Center. For account security, the FAQ says to "reach out to us through the Support Center when logged into your Relay account."
Can't log in at all? Our Amazon Relay login guide walks through Amazon's reset steps and how to spot a fake login page. If your account is suspended rather than locked, our account suspended guide covers what to check.
Who do you contact about an application?
Use Contact Us. The FAQ says to contact Relay support "by clicking Contact Us on the top right of your application page."
Before you do, check your FMCSA record. Amazon's onboarding team reaches applicants using the contact information on file with FMCSA. If that doesn't match your application, its messages can miss you.
How do you report fraud or double brokering?
By email. The FAQ says to "email relay-network-reports@amazon.com with a detailed description of the suspicious activity, including the DOT #s involved."
If you've been a victim of fraud, Amazon's geospoofing post also says to "file a report with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov and your local law enforcement agency."
Check the address bar too. Amazon's email scams post says legitimate Relay websites have "relay.amazon.com" at the beginning of the URL.
Who handles ownership changes and privacy requests?
- Ownership changes. The email scams post says to "email relay-ownership-transfers@amazon.com at least 30 days ahead."
- Privacy and data requests. The FAQ says to contact transportation-privacy@amazon.com.
What Amazon says about buying or selling a Relay carrier is in Amazon Relay business for sale.
Who do you contact about pay or a scorecard hit?
Pay problems go through the portal. The FAQ says you can submit payment disputes "directly through Amazon Relay portal within 30 days of reviewing your weekly invoice." Our Amazon Relay disputes guide lists each dispute type and where Amazon says to file it.
For a late arrival or app usage hit you think is wrong, our free Relay dispute letter tool lets you tick what's true and copy a letter to submit. Amazon decides.
Do Relay Rewards carriers get faster support?
Amazon's Relay Rewards post lists "Dedicated office hours" with "priority assistance from Amazon Relay's support team" among the program's benefits. It doesn't say which tier gets them or publish the hours. That post says the program is US only, though relay.amazon.ca also lists "Rewards and Discounts" without details.
In Canada, relay.amazon.ca gives the same ROC answer: it's reached through the Relay portal or Relay mobile.
What doesn't Amazon publish about contacting Relay?
- Any phone number, for the US, Canada or "24/7" support
- ROC hours beyond "24/7," or any response time
- A route for someone fully locked out, beyond the account recovery steps
- A mailing address for carriers
- A dispute phone number
If a site gives you a number for any of these, it didn't come from Amazon's Relay pages.
Where does NudoIQ fit?
NudoIQ is a Chrome extension for the Relay load board, an independent tool not affiliated with Amazon, so it's not a way to reach Amazon support. On your Relay scorecard page it drafts a dispute letter from the violation, and you check it and submit it. Amazon decides. On the board it shows net and net per mile under the price on every load card, free for 7 days with no card needed to start, then $49.99 a month.
