NudoIQ Pickup Reminders. NudoIQ calls a driver shortly before a booked Amazon Relay load’s pickup time, so a truck does not sit in a yard because someone overslept. That is the entire program. We send no marketing, no promotions, and no messages unrelated to a load you booked.
NudoIQ reads the driver roster directly from the carrier’s own Amazon Relay Drivers page — no one types a phone number into NudoIQ. An owner-operator who dispatches loads to themselves is a driver on that same roster and is reached the same way as any other driver. Nothing is sent to a number until the handset itself agrees: a call reads out these terms and asks the holder to press 1 to agree, or 9 to decline and never be contacted again.
The carrier cannot consent on a driver’s behalf. We record when and how each number agreed.
One reminder per booked load, sent at the lead time the carrier chooses (45 minutes to 4 hours before pickup, 90 minutes by default). Frequency therefore depends entirely on how many loads that carrier books.
Message and data rates may apply. NudoIQ does not charge for reminders; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to any message or call you receive.
Text STOP to the number, or press 9 on a confirmation call, and the calls end for that number immediately and permanently — including reminders already queued for tonight. Text START to turn them back on. Text HELP, or email contact@nudoiq.com, for help.
Only the handset can undo its own opt-out. A carrier cannot re-subscribe a driver who has opted out.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reminders are a convenience and not a substitute for a driver’s own alarm or for the carrier’s own dispatch process.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in data or consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Numbers are passed only to our telephony provider for the sole purpose of delivering the reminder. See our privacy policy.
