Before you email

Most problems are fixed by one of these four checks:

• The NudoIQ extension is enabled in Chrome at chrome://extensions
• You reloaded the Relay page after installing NudoIQ
• You are signed in to your Amazon Relay account on this computer
• You are using a computer, not a phone (NudoIQ is Chrome desktop only)

The panel does not appear on the load board

If you do not see the NudoIQ panel on the load board:

• Reload the Relay tab in your browser
• Confirm NudoIQ is enabled at chrome://extensions
• Make sure you are on a Relay load board page

If it still does not appear, email us the full page address you are on.

Prices, miles or profit are missing on my loads

NudoIQ calculates net profit after fuel cost for load boards in the United States only. If you are using a board outside the United States, the profit column shows a dash instead of a number, because fuel and pay rates are built for US Relay boards.

Refreshing, alerts, and booking work everywhere. If you would like profit calculated for your country, email us the address of your board. We are adding more countries.

Billing and cancelling

NudoIQ costs $49.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. We require a card at checkout. You can cancel anytime, and you will not be charged after cancellation.

To cancel, go to Stripe billing portal and cancel through the Stripe portal, or email contact@nudoiq.com. If you email us, we will cancel within one business day. Your cancellation becomes effective when we receive your email.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and data, email contact@nudoiq.com. We will delete everything within 7 business days. For details on what data we collect and how we use it, see privacy policy.

To remove NudoIQ from Chrome, visit uninstall page for step-by-step instructions.
