Overview

NudoIQ ("we", "our", or "us") operates the NudoIQ Chrome extension. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

What We Collect

• Email address Collected when you activate your subscription. Used solely to verify your license status against our database.
• Load board observations Anonymized pricing data (rate per mile, distance, origin state, destination state) from Amazon Relay loads you view. Load IDs are stored as anonymous identifiers to deduplicate observations — they are not linked to your account or any personally identifiable information. This data is used to build shared market intelligence for all users.
• Fleet trip data If you use the Fleet Dashboard feature, completed trip records (origin, destination, miles, revenue, dates) and driver names are synced to our Supabase database to power your fleet analytics. This data is visible only to you and is never shared with other users or third parties.
• Extension settings Your preferences (MPG, diesel price, alert thresholds, etc.) are stored locally in Chrome sync storage and never transmitted to our servers.
• Telegram credentials Your bot token and chat ID are stored locally in Chrome sync storage only. We never transmit or store these on our servers.

What We Do NOT Collect

• Amazon credentials, passwords, or account information
• Addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information from load cards
• Browsing history outside of relay.amazon.com
• Payment card information (handled entirely by Stripe)
• We do not sell your data to any third party
• We do not use your data for advertising

How We Use Your Data

License verification — your email is checked against our Supabase database to confirm an active subscription.

Market intelligence — anonymized load pricing observations are pooled across users to provide historical rate data for Amazon Relay lanes. No individual user's data is ever exposed or attributed to a specific user.

Fleet analytics — if you use the Fleet Dashboard, trip and driver data you enter is stored in your account and used exclusively to generate your fleet reports and driver statements.

Diesel prices — your approximate region (detected via reverse geolocation) is used to fetch local diesel prices from iExitApp. Your exact location is never stored.

Data Storage & Retention

License and subscription data is stored in Supabase (supabase.com), hosted in the United States. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store payment card information.

Fleet trip and driver data is stored in Supabase, accessible only under your account credentials.

Retention periods:

License records are retained while your subscription is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Anonymized load observations are retained for 90 days on a rolling basis. Fleet trip records are retained until you request deletion.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data at any time by emailing contact@nudoiq.com. We will delete your email, license record, and any fleet data within 7 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
