# NudoIQ

> NudoIQ is a Chrome extension for carriers who haul on Amazon Relay: owner-operators, small fleets and dispatchers. It runs inside the Amazon Relay load board in the carrier's own signed-in browser tab and adds load board refreshing, rule-based alerts and booking, lane rate history, net profit per load and scorecard dispute letter drafting. It costs $49.99 a month for every feature, with a 7-day free trial and no card needed to start. NudoIQ is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Amazon. It is published by Sami Enterprises LLC, Portland, Oregon.

## What it does

- **Refresher:** reloads the Amazon Relay load board at an interval set from 1 to 5 seconds, adds up to 20% random jitter per interval, and keeps the board tab from going idle.
- **Control bar with three modes:** Alert (pings you when a load matches your rules), Search (highlights matches) and Autobook (books a matching load for you). Rules cover price and lanes, a profit floor and a max-books cap. Autobook stops at the cap and the profit floor.
- **Telegram alerts** when a load lands.
- **Instant Book:** books a load in one action from the control bar instead of the multi-step flow.
- **Lane Intelligence:** compares the posted price with 90 days of that lane's history and shows a target rate, an expected range and a confidence level. Decision support, not a guarantee.
- **Net Profit on every load card:** posted rate minus driver pay, fuel, maintenance and deadhead to pickup, in dollars and net rate per mile. Loads below a set profit floor can be hidden.
- **Scorecard dispute letters:** reads the carrier's Relay scorecard, identifies the violation behind the score and drafts a dispute letter citing Amazon policy. The carrier reviews, edits and submits it.
- **Backhaul finder:** searches loads from where the current load ends, pointed back toward home within a set radius and day window. Sorts by total pay, rate per mile, pickup time or distance home; the all-in rate counts the deadhead.
- **Post A Truck helper:** shows origin, destination, distance and board price next to the carrier's minimum rate per mile and minimum payout, then posts with one button.
- **Route check:** opens the routed trip, with every stop, in Google Maps (standard routing, not truck-specific).
- **HOS overview** and **driver dispatch** by text or email on assignment.
- English and Spanish interface.

- Desktop Google Chrome.
- An approved Amazon Relay carrier account. NudoIQ works inside the carrier's own signed-in Relay session; it does not create or grant Relay access.

## Important limitations

- NudoIQ does not guarantee loads, bookings, rates or earnings. Pay on Amazon Relay varies by lane, timing and equipment.
- Lane rate estimates are decision support based on past lane data, not a promise of what a load will pay.
- Dispute letters are drafts. Amazon decides every scorecard dispute, and NudoIQ cannot influence or promise the outcome.
- NudoIQ is not made by Amazon and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by Amazon.

## Original data

NudoIQ analyzed public FMCSA roadside inspection records that list Amazon as the shipper. From 2023-09-24 to 2026-09-22, 101,444 inspections listed Amazon as the shipper, across 22,866 distinct carriers (USDOT numbers); about 530 carriers per month appear for the first time, and about 70% of carriers with an Amazon-shipper inspection since 2025 run 1-5 power units.
